necessary, and verify your identity. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our

response within 30 days; we will review and reply within 45 days.

11.3 Limitations

If you request deletion of forum posts or uploaded content (e.g., homework, assignments), we

will remove them from our active systems where feasible. Content already made public or

shared may persist beyond our control (e.g., copied by users or indexed by search engines),

and complete removal may not be possible.


12. California Privacy Notice (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We collect, use, and disclose your information as outlined in Sections 1-5. You may request

access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your information, and opt out of “sales” or

“sharing” for targeted advertising (e.g., via analytics partners) by contacting us. We will not

discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly sell data of minors

under 16 without consent.


13. International Privacy Practices

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Services from
